ready nas 4200 boot issue stop at 63% #19380277

Hi Guys

We have a customer's 4200 that doing go past 63% when you boot the device up, When we do a volume check skip i can get into the nas but see no shares or iSCSI partition
and if we click on volume settings my volume size look like this

Disk space
-518373623 MB (-2736%) of 18 TB used
Additional 10 GB reserved for snapshots

Please see logs below if you could think of something to repair the volume
