What did you change?
Likely this is a permissions issue on the NAS shares. So look at the network access page on one of the shares, and make sure your readynas user is allowed access. The default setting is to allow everyone access - which means every NAS user account. "anonymous access" allows access w/o using a NAS username/password.
Test this out on one share first, and then apply similar settings to your other shares.

I wish I knew what I had changed!
I have installed the same app on a different laptop and this one works fine, with the same login, which does lead me to believe it's a more 'local' setting rather than a permissions issue for my login, but as you can probably tell I am technically out of my depth.
I was hoping there would be a way to just return all settings to default, perhaps it is not that simple.
