That you tried rebooting the NAS
Can you ping it?
Un réset réseau est-il possible ( sans suppression des données ) ?
An OS-reinstall will reset the network configuration. It will also reset the admin password to password and it will disable volume quota (which can be reset using the volume settings wheel).
