I am little confused by your network setup with the touch. It cannot connect wirelessly and by Ethernet at the same time. Either it is connecting to a network by wifi, and that is the same network to which the readynas is connected, or you have the touch connected by Ethernet to the network, or directly to the nas.
Have you tried connecting the nas to a router or switch and that in turn to the nas?
How does your pc connect to the readynas?
Could you explain how the touch is connecting to the network, if it's connecting via wifi to your neighbours network, the nas would also need to be on the same network.
EDIT: OK I see you have it working now.
