ReadyNAS 102 Squeezebox Touch connection issue

My Squeezebox has both wifi and ethernet capabilities. It can connect with either one but not both at the same time.

I use wifi for internet radio and I use ethernet to connect with my RN102 running LMS 7.8.0 to access my music.

You were right about the IP-adress! It's the one of the Squeezebox, not the RN102 (I don't know why I thought that, maybe because one has an 9 at the end and the another a 6 an I mixed them up)

I have the Sqeezebox connected to the RN102 through a TP-Link TL-GS105 5-port gigabit switch. Should I have gotten a router instead?

I looked into the manual but it directs me to the support page but I can't find much info about my particular set-up

I'm not quite sure if my RN102 has a static IP-adress. Is there a way to check and/or change that in the GUI or otherwise? I'm in System>settings on the GUI but can't find anything that points to that direction.
