Is your Windows 11 now at 24H2? If so, there are new security "features" that can block SMB access to older NAS's. I ran into this with my old Duo (and my WD EX4). Since my Duo and EX4 are confined to my local network only (no access from Internet), I disabled both SMB signing and Guest Callback.
Easy to reverse if needed or doesn't work.

FWIW, I am running 24H2, and did NOT run into these issues with OS-6.
This issue looks like a name resolution problem, so not the same as the signing problem. I suggest first seeing if access by IP address works before looking at signing.

if I open up the explorer I can see the smegserver which is \\SMEGSERVER I get an error opening it up from the left hand network lower panel on the explorer, but If I use the IP which is //192.168.1.0 it works
but for some funny reason I put in \\SMEGSERVER in the explorer bar this morning and it ask for a login prompt and its now working. !
will give it another shot tonight after work.
running version 6.10.10

Cheers, I will try that tonight
Yes Windows 11 Pro 24H2, was an upgrade over win 10 bypassing the TMP and sign in.
I was able to bring up the IP address in the Explorer OK and it gave me a login prompt, So I guess if I disabled both SMB signing and Guest Callback it should go back to normal ?
thanks for the reply

Did you get to the point where you could see the shares?

Likely not. If you can access shares using the IP address, then the problem has nothing to do with signing or callback.

I can't tell from your screen capture whether you are doing what I asked or not.
