ReadyNas 10200 "Manage" page not accessible

After updating to OS 6.2.1 I was still able to access the "Manage" page but when I tried to uninstall "Myphpadmin" I lost
connection and the "Manage" page was no longer found. I tried different computers. I can still access the data and the
home page.

I'm afraid to reset the system with the possibility that I lose the data (although it's mirrored on the second disk)

Anybody suggestions?

Thanx

  • When you say you can't access the manage page do you mean you can't access any of the GUI?
    Do you have a backup?

The next thing to try is an OS reinstall using the boot menu, this does not wipe the disks.
  • I can access the homepage where i can see the folders that are present on my nas, and it's content.
"reinstall using the boot menu" doesn't ring a bell, but it is probably in the manual.
    Thanks for the advise.

It would be sensible to make one if you don't have one.

The boot menu access is described here with the different options.

You'll want to select the OS reinstall.
Note that the admin password will be reset to password, and the network settings will be reset to dhcp.

    No data will be affected.

Make sure you don't do a factory default which will wipe the disks.
