ReadyNas 104 Data Deleted

There are a couple of options you could pursue - unfortunately they are expensive.
One is to contract with Netgear for data recovery. They would work remotely, and charge you an hourly rate (non-refundable). https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
Similarly, you could find another data recovery service that can handle BTRFS and RAID.
Yet another option is to use data recovery software. That will require you to connect the disks to a PC (likely using a USB chassis with multiple bays), and purchase the data recovery software. ReclaiMe is a package that sever folks here have used with success.
rn_enthusiast is a poster here who has somtimes offered help in analyzing logs, and in cases where the fix appears to be fairly straightforward has offered advice. So you could also wait a little and see if he is able to respond with similar help.

When it was done and I was able to log into the interface again, I had a warning that all 4 disks were inactive.
I stupidly decided to remove the 4th disk again and now it's doing a resync again...which will apparently take ~80hrs
I was thinkining I may have to call Netgear for this already but I'll wait and see if anyone else responds

Not the best idea. But the fact that it is resyncing is encouraging. I think it suggests that there's a good chances of getting your data back with minimal loss.
Great news! rebooting remounted my volumes and my data is intact!
that being said, after adding my 4th 4TB drive, I still only have just under 8TB of space. Anyone know why the new disk doesn't seem to have been added to the volume?
