Readynas 104 Plex cannot find server

Hi there,

 

I have a problem with my Readynas 104 and Plex. All has been running fine for the last year or so, but suddenly when I access the Plex app (http://localhost:32400/web), it states that it cannot find the server.

 

I've tried rebooting the NAS, and also installing the latest Plex server app (0.9.15.2.1663-7efd046) - I downloaded the ARM 6 version as I think i've done previously, but nothing makes any difference.

 

The only thing I've changed is moving to BT as my ISP rather than Virgin, but all devices can see the NAS and each other so I don't see why just the Plex server is having problems?

      And bizarrely one of my iphones still works fine with plex on the readynas, accessing the server etc via the plex app. The other iphone, logged in as the same user cannot. However, neither iphone can see a server if I try and access the server via 192.168.0.50:32400/web (192.168.0.50 being the readynas IP)

       

      Is there some device authorisation that needs adjusting somewhere?

        This is quite strange behavior - not somethiing I've seen before.  Perhaps you should post on the plex forum???
