Not sure if you've seen the following guide here but it might help.
Please make sure as well that the ReadyNAS is in sync with the AD server by doing the following:
- Go to System > Overview > Device
- Click the gear icon to the right of the Device Time field.
- Remove the values on the Server 1 and 2 fields.
- Type the IP address of the AD server on Server 1.
If it's still the same issue, please PM me the system logs which you can download by going to System > Logs then click Download Logs.
