Not as far as I know.
Some users report problems with the DM disks. Perhaps test that disk too.
Did the resync only take 1 hour with all the disks you tried?

You could try that.
It's possible that one of the new disks might be faulty. I assume you didn't test the new disks using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics?
Which firmware are you running?
