ReadyNAS 424 Time Machine not working MacOS 12.4

I'm on Firmware 6.10.7 on a ReadyNAS 424 and have a MacBook Pro running MacOS 12.4 Monterey. Prior to Monterey, I was able to get Time Machine to work fine. Since Monterey, it's been spotty. I'm able to find the Time Machine volume, select the disk, and it appears to handshake properly. I reinstalled MacOS 12.4 on the Mac to try and resolve the problem. Time Machine worked four times, but failed on the fifth try. It is now failing to start any backup. Can anyone help?
