Your duos will not take 4 TB drives, they are limited to 2 TB drives. I assume they are both running 4.1.14 and are therefore both Duo v1s.
The 102 and 104 will take 4 TB drives. There is a 16 TB volume size limit on the 104. You could use 5 TB drives in the 104 I'm Xraid or raid5, however Netgear are not going to put any 5 TB drives on the HCL for the 104.
