ReadyNAS Duo 1 Cannot delete files
I have a ReadNASDuo will will not allow me to delete any files. I can click on the file in Windows 10 windows explorer and the file disappers, but if i come out of the folder and go back in it has not been deleted.
Also, I when I check on browse is RAIDar it says Windows cannot access 192.168.1.12
I can access and watch the files on my Apple TV 4K over ethernet without any problems, I just cannot delete the files when i have watched them.

Does your NAS run 4.1.x firmware, or does it run 5.3.x firmware?
Try resetting the file permissions for the share from the web ui. With 4.1.x firmware, you'll find a checkbox for that on the "advanced" tab of the share settings.
Check the checkbox that's shaded and then click apply in the lower right. When the operation completes, you'll see a pop-up (and it will also be in the log).
I don't have a 5.3.x system, so I can't provide a screenshot there.
Another option is to enable http as a file sharing protocol, and delete the files from your browser.

That worked perfectly, thank you very much
