ReadyNAS duo lights up but no one home
Help, I have a 2 year old Duo with 2 2 tb drives in it. Three days ago i found the drive with the fan at high, all 4 led lights blinking on the front and no network activity. The lights blink 3 ...

Sounds like it might be a corrupt OS partition - viewtopic.php?t=1868#p115516
If you have a spare disk, try (a) deleting the volumes on a PC, (b) powering down the duo, removing the two existing disks (record the slot order) and (c) restart the duo with the spare disk installed. The expected behavior would be a factory default install.
If you have a backup, you could try that with your live disks, keeping in mind that it will destroy the data and configuration.
It would also be sensible to test your drives on a PC with vendor tools (WDC Lifeguard or SeaTools).
