You cannot just put the disks into the 102, they will be wiped.
Your best option if you have another duo v2 is to use that chassis to access the data and copy it to the new 102 when it is set up. Make sure the firmware on the working duo v2 is up to date first.
Dont mix the disks up and label them ( the ones from the broken duo and those in the working duo) according to slot number.

The nas must always be off when performing a
migration from one device to another similar device. The firmware on the new device must also already have been updated to at least the version that is present on the disks that are going in.

Thanks for clarifying, the second Duo v2 is already updated to v5.3.11
