Hi all, just a brief message to thank 'mdgm' for the help in sorting out the 4.1.12 upgrade issue.
For those who have the same issue, my advice would be look in the tmp folders for part downloaded files. Not sure how it happened, but I have a couple of part downloaded files which seem to have caused issues.
