Hi mdgm-ntgr, I have tried to reset the NAS but just after plug the power cable the fan works all the time and no button response.
Did you purchase this unit less than 3 years ago, brand new from an authorised reseller?
No, I don't have the original ticket...
The problem is the power supply, I have tried with another cable from other ReadyNas that we have in the office and works perfect!! I was so close to put this NAS in the bin...

I think you'd have to source a 3rd party one if you don't have warranty left if you want to take the risk of using a 3rd party one.
