Drive 4 has probably failed, do you know what the smart stats were when the errors were reported?
Can you boot with 1,2,3?
When did you buy the unit? Warranty still valid? If so contact support and don't do anything else.
Cloning the disks is an option - you would need to clone1,2,3 and try to boot with the cloned disks.
