ReadyNAS NV+ dead drive no backup please help!

So I called support and they had me send them the logs I was able to pull out earlier today. They confirmed that Drive 1 was bad, but found nothing about Drive 4 (which I found odd). They assured me all I need to do is swap Drive 1 with the newly purchased Drive, I did so and now receive the following message on the LCD: 192.168.1.99 C: 1//1GB Free
Occasionally the LCD says "Vol C is dead"
And Raidar has the following information: all 4 drives as green but is showing the Volume Status as Yellow with a status of: Volume C: RAID Level X, Dead; 419 MB (0%) of 1 GB used
