ReadyNas NV+ (RND4000) disk1 failure now raid offline
I have had disk #1 fail in my ready nas and now when i boot the device up with disk #1 out of the nas and go to the admin interface it shows the raid offline. I have saw some people mention that there might be a parition issue on the disk and other suggestions of might cause this or how to fix it ? I really need to access this data

- Also when i try to boot the readynas with failed disk #1 in the device it wont boot. The front pannel just says Booting.... Found bad disk #1 and stays at that point for ever
