Admin account name is "admin" (no quotes). As I mentioned, the admin password is reset by the OS reinstall.
The default password for most NV+ v1 was "netgear1" (no quotes). For some of the very first units it was "infrant1"

If it says you have a v2, then the password would have been reset to "password".
