Well your settings seem fine and as for the javascript error could be something is corrupted you could try a OS reinstall this will reinstall the firmware from the flash but will not destroy your data, but it will reset some settings to default like admin password and network settings read page 24-25 of the hardware manual how to do this > http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/ ...
