One of your disks has 45 ATA errors.
The RAID array the data volume sits on isn't starting.
This looks like a data recovery situation to me. You could contact support and enquire about the costs of purchasing data recovery.
I notice that you had filled in the Contact Us form but not yet taken the steps to turn it into a case.

What do you mean by hard reset, how exactly did you do it?
Do you have full backup of the data?

The firmware version is 5.3.11
JennC, I pulled out the mains power to restart the box.
No backup, unfortunately.
