No, I haven't had any other issues after that power outage. If it is the PSU, it may have been going out for a long time. I don't reboot the system very often, and it is possible that the disk replacement I made last year was actually unnecessary (due to the same issue).
Is there a way to confirm that this is the PSU (short of buying a new one and trying it out)? (Depending on the price, it might not be a bad idea anyway.)
If I do need to replace the PSU, where can I find information on a suitable replacement. A brief google search (and research I did a couple of years ago) indicates that this is a non-trivial endeavor.
