ReadyNas Pro : No more sign of life -> dark and silent
Hello dear forum,
I 'm devastated .
My ReadyNAS Pro (bought in 2009) did not want to shut down a few days ago. Each shutdown attempt was followed by an automatically restart. After 3 or 4 attempts I simply pulled the power-plug. It has now shown, probably a terrible mistake ...
After plugging in again the device remains fully and completely "dead". The only sign of life : A small LED nearby the LAN jack on the rear panel flickers a bit - otherwise no peep, no sound, no fan, no display, nothing!
Also, pressing the reset button changes nothing.
I 'm at a loss and VERY grateful for any help.
THANK YOU!
Best wishes,
Guido
PS: Is there a safety-fuse inside? Or the power pack is damaged?
