ReadyNAS Pro 6 install not allocating all available space
Two issues: Win 8.1. Six 4TB HGST Deskstar NAS HDs. Connected via Ethernet to router. I can see it fine on the network. X-RAID2 only allocates 8.1TB (RAID 0 allocates 10). 1.673 TB each drive....
The street price for NAS purposed drives in the 3-6TB range is about $39 - $42 per TB - quite flat really.
The pricing on the new 8 TB Seagate is about $33 per TB (list, not street), so that might force a price drop soon.
