Here's what RAIDar says. However you had a similar case on the forum a while ago, cannot find the post anymore and that did not work either. Because it seems from the log file the process just stops. What process do I need to look for with PS to see if the system is still rebuilding?

Maybe look in mdconfig.log in the log zip

All of the RAID arrays in there have only 5 disks, and RAIDar says you have 6. Plus /dev/md2 is not in a clean state.
Do you have a backup of the data?

I've started to run all my backups this morning as I am concerned with the system integrity.
I have had multiple power outages in a row on new year's eve, that's what triggered the failing drive I guess
