ReadyNas Pro 6, suck at power on with "ReadyNAS" on front screen panel.
Hi everyone, I recently purchased a used ReadyNAS Pro 6, and performed a similar action to the linked post
After a normal shutdown (done via the web UI) and pulling the wall power form the device to remove some of the dust from the rear fans, after plugging it back in it now just sits with the front panel saying "ReadyNAS" and never boots.
Before shutting it down and pulling the power, it was still in the process of resyncing the md127 volume.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not tested the ATX connector yet (I will do that in the near future), but the hardware does appear to do some basic hardware POSTs, if I put a USB drive on one of the USB ports after a few seconds, and the fans ramp up speed, the USB read indicator light flashes for a few moments, I also see a few green blinks from within the back of the hardware, near the back serial port connector and reset button (I think that is were the firmware is located?).
I don't currently have the proper cable to connect to the serial port, I ordered one to try and see if I could get any POST information out of the hardware.
I tried pulling the "newer" replaced power supply out of my existing ReadyNAS Pro, it is known to be working in that box. But I get the same results on this newer used one I just started setting up.
StephenB thanks for replying so fast, If you have any other ideas or know where to point me for more troublishing, any help would be appreciated. I will post more info if I manage to get anymore information out of the hardware.

NOTE: I did this with all the disks (which has been working) removed.
Ok I was able to make some more progress, I found an older generic 16GB USB drive, and on linux set the partition table to dos/mbr, created a 3.2GB Primary partition formatted to the type W95 Fat32 and set the partition with boot flag.
Then on a windows machine, Using the older RAIDiator 4.2 USB Recovery Tool and the current ReadyNASOS-6.10.8-x86_64.zip. I extracted the newer ReadyNASOS-6.10.8-x86_64.zip contents and copied over just the ReadyNASOS-6.10.8-x86_64.img file to the folder where I extracted the RAIDiator 4.2 USB Recovery Tool and renamed the file from ReadyNASOS-6.10.8-x86_64.img to RAIDiator-x86-6.10.8.img, Then using the older usbrecovery.exe (opened as administrator) connected the USB drive (now with a dos/mbr partition table and a single 3.2GB primary boot enabled W95 Fat32 partition) selected the drive and selected the renamed RAIDiator-x86-6.10.8.img file, let that complete and ejected the usb drive.
I plugged the drive into one of the RadyNAS Pro 6 back USB ports (no power to the device yet), held the backup button on the front and powered up the device, the USB drive showed way more activity, the front panel did not change, it only showed "ReadyNAS", but the USB Drive activity light has many bursts of blinking, I just kept my finger held down on the front backup button and after 2-3minutes the hardware self powered down, I am assuming the restore finished.
I removed the USB Drive and pressed the power button on the front, the front panel gave more information and a progress indicator under the ReadyNAS text, there were some non ascii characters and I could make out some text that said safe mode. I double "clicked" (quickly double pressed) the power button and the device powered down.
I added the configured drives back into the hardware and powered it up. It booted!!!
My only issue now is that I think I wiped my VPD values for the devices serial & model number 😞 if someone could please help me get that back that would be amazing, I can provide a picture of the SN on the device etc.
