Well I am happy to report that I was able to get the power supply switched out successfully. I put all the disks back in and everything came up fine and is back to normal with no problems at all. If anyone is reading this and looking for the parts, I found them here:

Ok, I tried it. I disconnected the power and removed the disks. Then reconnected the power and tried to power it up, and unfortunately there was no change. The ethernet port still gives a green solid light, but the blue power button on the front does not light up and does not respond.
If it was a power supply failure, does it make sense that the ethernet port light is lighting up?

I have been looking into replacing the power supply and found this posting. Amazon has the Seasonic SS-300SFD 300W the poster recommends.
Would you recommend going this route? It's probably too much to hope for, but is it possible there is just some sort of reset needed? It was working beautifully until I powered it down last night. Replacing the chassis looks to be quite expensive.

So I pulled out the power supply and did the paperclip test and it is indeed dead. I guess I will be following that other post to try and replace it with the Seasonic.

While you have confirmed, yes, it makes sense. The ethernet port is powered by 5VSB (5V standby) power so it can respond to WoL. It sounds like one or more of the main voltages on your supply is dead.
You'll also need a 6" extender for the 24-pin ATX connector with the Seasonic, as the Netgear one has a non-standard length. Just to make things cleaner, you may also want to move the 90° MOLEX 4-pin connectors from the old the the new and trim those wires.
