ReadyNAS Pro to RN516 Upgrade

I'm in contact with Netgear support and the next step appears to be a full Factory Reset.
The OS Reinstall did not solve the problem. The issue remains ... unable to create a Backup Job on the RN516 that backs up files to my ReadyNAS Pro 6350.
