I'm not sure what you mean by running backup job with e.g. /Documents/ in the exclude list.
If I run the Backup job (on the RN516) for any share (Documents, Music, Movies, etc), I end up with a 2nd embedded folder (Music/Music) in each of the backup Shares on the 6350.
