ReadyNAS Pro to RN516 Upgrade

I finally found the Advanced Tab in the RN516. For my backup job of the "BACKUP" share on the RN516 to the "BACKUP" share of the 6350, I entered "/backup" to the exclude list in the advanced tab.
Unfortunately, I immediately got an error, stating that the connection could not be established.
Did I use the right entry in the exclude list?
