How can i set up readynas share as netdrive in win 7
I am new with this!
Step by step instruction if someone knows how to pls.

I dont want to install remote client on win pc
How can i map a share as netdrive in win 7.
Is it possible via ftp or is there a better solution out there in this forum.
Looking forward to step by step instructions I am new with this and hope for help

This is straight windows stuff - there is nothing special needed.
From Windows Explorer
map network drive (on toolbar)
Select drive letter
enter \\nasname\sharename
optional: select connect with different credentials, and enter the username/password you have configured on the NAS.
To map the entire data volume, enter
\\nasname\volumename
connect with NAS admin account credentials.
Default volume name for OS6 systems is "data", for older ReadyNAS it is "C"
