ReadyNas Remote Unexpected Error on launch

Hi, I'm running ReadyNas remote on Mountain Lion and I have several user accounts.

I installed readynas remote on one account and it works fine. However when I switch to another account and run ReadyNas Remote, it just gives me a error box that doesn't say much more than "Unexpected error". (I did check that ReadyNas Remote was not running on any of the other accounts.)

Has anyone experienced this or have ideas of what I can look at? Thanks!

  • what is Radiator version?it looks like network issue, please try changing DNS server to 8.8.8.8.
  • RAIDiator version doesn't matter at this point. They have client issues on OSX.

dtarin, are you using Fast Switching, where both users are logged in at the same time? Remote may not support that, since it brings up a tap/tun tunnel interface.

Interesting point, yes both users are logged in at the same time. Though only the one has problems launching readynas remote (even if the other user has not started it.)

I'll try it out by logging out the user that has no issues and then try with the user that has issues to see what happens.
