Thanks Nhellie, that certainly sounds like my setup. Each PSU is plugged into different APC UPS units. The KB article states that the light should go out after a restart. I know that I did reboot the unit for the last firmware update, but the light stayed on. Do you need to do a manual reboot, or a complete shutdown/restart or is the automatic reboot for a firmware update sufficient to turn off the light?
