ReadyNAS Ultra 2 - No LAN, HDD or Activity lights

You can put the disks in another ultra 2, ultra 4 or ultra 6 or the plus versions or the pro 2,4 or 6.
The procedure is
Upgrade the firmware on the new nas to latest by setting up the new unit with a new disk and installing 4.2.27.
Power down both devices.
Remove the disks from both units.
Insert the disks from the broken nas in the same order into the new nas.
Power on the new nas.
Have you tried removing the disks from this nas, inserting a spare disk and doing a factory default?
Make sure you remove and label the old disks and if you do put them back in, do so with power off.
