You need to buy a new nas 312/314/316/516, then contact Netgear support and they will take you through it.
You will need somewhere to backup the data on the disks once the procedure starts.
Don't try anything yourself.
Did you try the unit with a spare disk and factory default. If this works it will rule out a chassis problem.
