ReadyNAS Ultra 2 - No LAN, HDD or Activity lights

Good news on the disk front. Have received a brand new 314 which is clever enough to recognise and boot in the OS (2?) which is written on the disks that have come from the Ultra 2, which at least allows me to connect and backup my files (simple drag and drop to an external HDD or network share)
