The firmware was corrupt on the internal flash. If you try another factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) it should work this time.

Original old WD 500GB can not remember the exact model.
I wanted to make a new plugin installation (factory restore)
I backed up data to a PC and then I would go back to the new disks.

Are you saying you replaced both disks?
Did you format them first? If so, try zeroing them (or deleting the partitions in Windows).

Yes i replace both HDD i same time.
I installed it to the server immediately after unpacking.
It immediately reported the error.
I connected it to a PC formatted and then returned to the server.
And again, it reported a bug
