Honestly I think the power brick is a long shot. More likely it is something in the chassis (for instance the NIC). If so, it is not repairable.
If you can connect one of the drives to a Windows PC (either USB adapter or SATA), then you should be able to read the data with r-linux for windows ( http://www.r-tt.com/free_linux_recovery/)
If you purchase a replacement X86 ReadyNAS (RN300 or better), you can temporarily mount the volume in the new NAS and extract data. https://kb.netgear.com/29957/ReadyNAS-Migrating-disks-from-RAIDiator-4-2-to-ReadyNAS-OS-6-x86
You could look for a used OS 4.2 ReadyNAS, though the platform is aging (and you could be inheriting someone else's hardware issues).

The next step is to power down the NAS, remove the disks (labeling by slot), and then powering it back up.
RAIDar should now see it, with a "no disks" status. Please let us know if that happens (or if it remains off the network).
