ReadyNAS Ultra 4 + slow to resync last HD

Ok, it just finished, the LCD screen on the NAS went black (I assume this is to say that nothing happens currently, everything is fine).
I had a message on screen saying it finished, so I go on Frontview (admin web interface for the NAS), and go on volumes and I see 'X-RAID2 configuration, 2 disks', State = Redundant.
So I assume all is done and in working state!! It took about 1 hour, maybe 1hr20 minutes to get 2 x 500Gb enterprises-level hard drive fully redundant on the NAS, this is great. So Green drives are definitely an issue, I'm buying 2 x 3Tb WD Red drives right now, those drives are on the compatibility list, so it should be ready in full redundant mode in 6 hours (1 hour x 6, because the drive is 6 times bigger than the Seagate I just tested, maybe 8 hours since I think WD Red are slower drives compared to the Seagate I just tested.
