This drive specifically is used to do our backups with, but we do not have a backup drive of this drive. Under Volumes, it shows

Are all the disks identical? I mean same model number.
If you have replaced the disk 3, since that is RAID 5, you should still be able to access the file with the disk 3 out, can you try please?

All of the disks are the same model number. I went ahead and shutdown the ReadyNAS, then removed the replacement drive (#3). After booting back up, the screen is the same, but with a missing drive.
