Hello Adesoji,
Based on the screenshots you have provided the volume is down. Did you receive any alerts from the NAS or encountered anything on the network that may have cause this behavior of the device? Please try to download the logs from the admin page or from the raidar and kindly provide us a copy. You may us file sharing website like wikisend and just PM the download link.
