Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1,2,3,4

Hi

Something's gone wrong and I can no longer access the volume on my ReadyNAS104 (latest non-Beta firmware (6.6.1?)

All 4 Disks (4 x 3TB WD RED) report healthy

I can boot the ReadyNAS and get the following message "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1,2,3,4" (See image sbelow)2017-02-13 (1).png

So far I have reinstalled the OS without effect abnd booted into Read Only mode too without manking any difference

I had a volume failure  with an NV+v2 last year and successfully recovered data with ReclaiME file recovery, but I'm wondering about uisng the £60 online service this time. Any suggestions first?

Thanks.
