I solved the problem. Dit like NETGEAR ReadyNAS Technical Expert mdgm suggested in another thread. SSH the NAS, an then removed owncloud and restarted apache2. It worked! Then I removed the owncloud share from the front view.
By the way, good idea StephenB. I will remember it for a nother time.
# cd /etc/apache2/sites-enabled
# ls
# rm *owncloud*
# ls
# systemctl restart apache2
