Rn102 Stuck on systems startup

Hi Everyone.

I just logged into my Rn102 Nas to get some data and came up with a Update availible to 6.10.1

I updated it fine but showing as offline, In Raidar its dicovered but just says Systems Starting up.

Any Idea's

Ive just reinstalled the OS using the reset fuction, all ok now thanks.

Try powering it down and starting up again.

  Yep left it off overnight, but still not starting up, I have data on the drives so cant really do a factory reset are there any other resets I can do ?
