RN104 - moving files between shares quickly

you are right. You would want to leave the PC out of it if you need to copy a lot of data. Have you tried the performance if you use the web interface to copy files? There you can select multiple files and then cut&paste them somewhere else by right-clicking on the selection. This should be an operation without the PC detour.

I've just figured out how to do this!
Web interface > Shares > Browse (then cut/paste)
This is saying it'll take 15+minutes for 16.9GB of data. It's being a lot quicker than that though. A huge improvement on last time. Nice one! It looks like it's still working even when I exit the web interface, which is nice!
