RN314 USB 3.0 disconnects
Hi, I use Firmware 6.1.6 (so the latest one). An netgear Agent (open ticket) told me to update the bios (not firmware). The orginal post is on the bottom. I have followed your instructions. At ...
As I mentioned above "This BIOS update includes an update to the USB3 firmware so it should help with USB3 compatibility."
Are you also having USB3 issues?
Note the BIOS above is only for the 312/314. There are also BIOS updates for other models such as your 316 which use the same USB3 controller.
