RN316 "No IP Adress"
It's been working fine for some years now but when I got home some days ago it said "No IP Adress" on the display and it's not possibly to find it. The FW is 6.9.4. I rebooted it, I reinstalld the OS from the Boot Menu and I've tried the other Ethernet port, still "No IP Adress". What do I do?

Hi A_S_W,
Welcome to the Community!
You may check if there is any LED activity on the NAS Ethernet port as well on the router or switch where the NAS is connected.
If you have not tried it yet, you can also try using a different port on the router or switch. You can also try using a different Ethernet cable.

I've tried different cables and ports but there's no LED activeties.

Remove and mark positions of, or just release and pull out slightly, all the drives and see if it does the same thing. If it does, check the cable and router/switch. If all else looks good and it still gets no IP address, you can try a USB recovery, but it's not really all that likely to help.
If gets an IP address without the drives installed, then something is amiss in the OS. Netgear can likely help via the Tech Support mode.
If you are out of warranty and prefer not to pay for support, you may need to do a factory reset and restore data from backup.
If you have no backup, it is possible to go into tech support mode yourself via FTP, but I don't really know where to have you start looking for this issue.

I removed the discs and tried again, but there's still no IP adress. If I'll do the USB Recovery should it be done with the discs inserted or not? Is FW 6.10.2 the one too install or do you recomend another version?

I don't think it matters. Note that if you do recovery to a newer OS version than is currently loaded in your NAS, it will update the OS on the drives after it re-boots with the drives installed.
